In honor of her contribution to Americans understanding French cooking join us in cooking recipes from Julia's book Mastering the art of French Cooking or other cookbooks. We'll be cooking all year round so join in us mastering the art in preparation for next year's birthday celebration!

Who's ready to try an ASPIC?
Frank and I were talking and thought it might be fun to try making an aspic? Any takers.....
SO OLD FASHION I never see it on menu's. Have you seen the film yet. Aspic was JP's failure. It looked nasty. Hey I take it back, at OTTO I've had head cheese with aspic. DAR
