Saturday, August 15th, 2009 Julia would have celebrated her 97th birthday. In honor of her contribution to Americans understanding French cooking join us in cooking recipes from Julia's book Mastering the art of French Cooking or other cookbooks. We'll be cooking all year round so join in us mastering the art in preparation for next year's birthday celebration!

SO OLD FASHION I never see it on menu's. Have you seen the film yet. Aspic was JP's failure. It looked nasty. Hey I take it back, at OTTO I've had head cheese with aspic.
